Brandon Black is the Office Administrator at Foundation 1, bringing a valuable combination of hands-on field experience, customer service knowledge and administrative support to the company.
Brandon began his Foundation 1 career in 2020 as a Hardscape Foreman. In that role, he gained practical experience leading field projects, coordinating work and helping ensure that installations were completed properly. From 2023 through 2024, he worked in polyurethane concrete lifting as a Polyjacking Laborer and Sub-Foreman, further expanding his knowledge of settled concrete, lifting procedures, equipment and field production.
In 2024, Brandon transitioned from production into the Foundation 1 office, where he began working in reception and communicating directly with customers. His field background allowed him to better understand homeowners’ questions, project terminology and the work being scheduled. In 2025, he was promoted to Office Administrator.
Today, Brandon helps coordinate customer communication, scheduling, project information and the daily administrative needs of Foundation 1. Because he has worked both in the field and in the office, he understands how a project progresses from the homeowner’s first call through production and completion.
Brandon’s broad experience helps connect Foundation 1’s customers, evaluators, office staff and production teams. He takes pride in helping projects stay organized and ensuring that homeowners receive clear, professional support throughout their experience with Foundation 1.
