Cassell Persinger is Foundation 1’s longest-standing employee and one of the most experienced foundation evaluators in the Kansas City area. Unlike many evaluators, Cassell began his career as a production employee working directly in excavations and alongside foundation repair crews. He learned the business from the ground up by seeing firsthand how foundation problems develop and how proper repairs are installed.
Cassell later moved into foundation evaluation and has now spent more than 14 years assessing homes for Foundation 1. Based on a conservative average of three appointments per working day, Cassell has evaluated more than 10,000 residential foundations during his career.
His combination of hands-on production experience and extensive evaluation knowledge helps him look beyond visible symptoms to identify the likely source of foundation movement, basement water intrusion and other structural concerns. Cassell takes pride in clearly explaining what he finds, helping homeowners understand their options and recommending repairs based on the needs of the home.
Cassell lives in the Kansas City area with his wife, Kathy. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his grandson, completing home improvement projects and spending time with his family.
