Josh Persinger brings more than 25 years of foundation repair and basement waterproofing experience to his role as Director of Operations at Foundation 1. Since entering the industry in 2000, Josh has worked with Dry Basement, Grant Renne & Sons, Foundation 1 and PierMagic. He also founded and operated his own foundation repair company, Crack MO, giving him valuable experience from both the contractor and business-owner perspectives.
Josh has served in nearly every aspect of the foundation repair industry, including laborer, foreman, structural evaluator, salesperson, mudjacking specialist and project manager. His experience also includes ordering materials, coordinating crews, driving commercial dump trucks, producing educational videos and overseeing projects from the initial evaluation through final completion. This broad, hands-on background gives Josh a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver lasting foundation repair, waterproofing and concrete lifting solutions while maintaining strong communication, efficient operations and quality workmanship.
As Director of Operations, Josh helps coordinate Foundation 1’s crews, materials, equipment, scheduling and project execution. His combination of field experience, customer knowledge and operational leadership helps ensure that each project is completed safely, professionally and according to Foundation 1’s standards.
Away from work, Josh enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Amanda, and their four dogs, Haas, Andre, Winston and Marley. He is a lifelong professional wrestling fan, an enthusiastic Kansas City Chiefs supporter and a motorcycle enthusiast with a preference for Harleys and cruiser-style bikes. Josh also enjoys sushi and has a strong interest in ghost hunting and paranormal investigation.
