These photos represent only a small percentage of the foundation piering jobs Foundation 1 completes.

GRAIN VALLEY, MISSOURI

These photos are early in a large project in Grain Valley, Missouri. The house was experiencing significant settlement on three of the 4 foundation walls. Foundation 1 is stabilizing and leveling the house to provide a long-term solution to the family’s home. That’s a lot of steel!

NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO

These photos show this pier job which utilized both interior and exterior piers to stabilize the foundation. The owner commented that the floors immediately felt more stable and that doors which had not worked for years were back in operational order.

LENEXA, KS

These photos illustrate pier installation from the outside. In this process, we dig holes down to the footer to drive the piers under the structure (to solid strata / bedrock) to stabilize the house from further settlement. The middle photo shows the hydraulic driver which is used to push the piers.

OLATHE, KANSAS

These photos show a garage project with installation from the inside. The video shows driving a pier under support posts. Several photos also show replacing the concrete that is removed to access the underside of the foundation / slab.

These photos show pier installation inside a basement. Like most pier jobs, this makes a mess during the process, but a large part of the job is cleaning up and putting your house back to normal after we complete the project.
